AECOSYSTEM is a software company for the built environment, with two practices under one roof. Our studio designs and builds custom software, AI and 3D tools for architecture firms, engineering consultancies, contractors and developers. Our product team makes applications of its own, led by Archade, the professional network for the built world.

Sheet 01 · Masterplan

Software for the firms that design, engineer and build.

Every part of the industry runs on different information, so we write software in each one’s own language: drawings and portfolios, calculations and specifications, BOQs and RA bills, bookings and possession, surveys and scans.

Stage 01 · Design

Software for architecture firms, from the first sketch to the client’s yes.

For architecture and interior studios we build practice tools, project portals, portfolio websites and visualisation pipelines. Qwikrender, our AI rendering application, turns sketches, floor plans and model views into photorealistic renders and video. It is live today.

Stage 02 · Engineer

AI for construction documents that shows its sources.

Engineering consultancies and contractors run on drawings, calculations and long specifications. We build AI that reads specifications, contracts and tenders and answers with a citation to the exact clause, and 3D web viewers that put models and scans in front of everyone who needs them. AECOS Work, our project-intelligence application, is in development.

Stage 03 · Quantify

Estimation and BOQ software that prices work the way your team does.

We build estimation and bill of quantities (BOQ) software around your own rates and your own Excel formats. We have already turned the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates and its Analysis of Rates, more than 5,000 pages of PDF, into searchable items, rates and units that build a BOQ from a list of requirements. AECOS Estimate, our estimating application, is in development.

Stage 04 · Build

Construction management software that works on site.

Contractors and EPC firms need tools that work on a phone, on site and with patchy signal. We build construction management software, construction ERP, labour attendance apps and daily progress reports around the way your company already works. Two of our own applications are in development: AECOS Crew for geofenced attendance, and tasqs for tasks that reach site teams on WhatsApp.

Stage 05 · Operate

Digital twins, point clouds and 360° viewers for what has been built.

Once a building, a road or a heritage site exists, it has to be measured, maintained and understood. We build live digital twins, point-cloud viewers, 360° site viewers and real-time 3D on the web for buildings, infrastructure and heritage sites.

A suite of separate applications, each made for one job.

Every AECOSYSTEM product is its own application with its own purpose. Archade and Qwikrender are live and carry their own names. The AECOS applications are in development and are being built on AECOS Hub, so that one sign-in, one organisation and one project will work across all of them.

Archade, the professional network for the built world.

Archade gives architects, engineers, designers, students, firms and material brands one place to show their work. Every project carries its full team credits, and every profile works as a portfolio and a CV. There is a jobs board with Quick Apply and a marketplace for BIM families, CAD details, 3D models and materials. Archade is live on the web, and its iOS and Android apps are in development.

Founded by an architect who writes software.

AECOSYSTEM was founded by Ayush Mishra, a computational architect who designs and ships AI-native products and data-heavy systems. Trained in architecture, he works where building data, construction documents and software meet.

What does AECOSYSTEM do?

AECOSYSTEM is a software company for architecture, engineering and construction. Our studio builds custom software, AI and 3D tools for companies in the industry, and our product team makes applications of its own, including Archade and Qwikrender.

Do you build custom software or sell products?

Both. If your company needs a system built around its own projects and data, our studio builds it. If one of our applications already does the job, we will point you to it, and if it is still in development, we will tell you so.

Which industries do you work with?

Seven groups: contractors and EPC firms; real estate developers and builders; architecture firms; engineering consultancies; infrastructure and public works teams; interior design studios; and heritage and conservation specialists.

Which of your products can I use today?

What is AECOS?

AECOS is our short name, and the prefix on every application we build for our shared platform, AECOS Hub. Archade and Qwikrender keep their own names.
