AECOSYSTEM
AECOSYSTEM · About· Sheet A0

A software company founded by an architect, for the people who build.

AECOSYSTEM builds software for architecture, engineering and construction. We are a studio that makes custom software for companies in the industry, and a product company with applications of our own. Both halves start from the same place: an architect’s understanding of how the work actually gets done.

Sheet A1 · Our story

Why we exist.

A building passes through drawings, specifications, tenders, bills of quantities, site photographs and surveys before anyone moves in. Most firms still carry that information between generic software, spreadsheets and group chats, because most software was never designed for this work.

“Most software was never designed for this work.”

AECOSYSTEM exists to change that. The work began in 2025 with tools for real projects: point-cloud viewers for heritage documentation, an AI agent for estimating, a parser for the CPWD schedule of rates and a portfolio platform for architects. In October 2025 we drew up the AECOS suite: separate applications for designing, building, managing and understanding projects, built on one shared foundation.

Our AI rendering work became Qwikrender in December 2025. Archade, the professional network for the built world, followed in 2026 and is now live on the web. Alongside our products, our studio has delivered project reports, estimating tools, 360° viewers and digital twins for clients in the industry.

Sheet A2 · Practice

Two practices, one company.

Building our own products keeps our studio honest about what works on real projects, and our client work shows us which products the industry needs next.

Practice 01

The studio.

We design, build and support custom software for architecture firms, engineering consultancies, contractors and EPC firms, real estate developers, infrastructure teams, interior design studios and heritage specialists: construction management systems, ERP, estimation and BOQ tools, CRMs, field apps, AI for documents and 3D on the web.

Sheet A3 · Capabilities

What we can build.

Every capability below is one we have already shipped, in our own products or for clients, so a project with our studio starts from working experience rather than a blank page.
  1. C-01

    AI for construction documents

Ingestion, retrieval and answers that cite the exact clause, across specifications, contracts and tenders, with executive, technical, compliance and risk reports.

  2. C-02

    Generative visualisation

Sketches, plans and models turned into photoreal renders and short videos, with room to iterate on a canvas.

  3. C-03

    Estimating and cost automation

Schedules of rates parsed into searchable items, rates and units, and bills of quantities generated from requirements.

  4. C-04

    Reality capture on the web

Point clouds, 360° panoramas and site maps that open in an ordinary browser, with no desktop software to install.

  5. C-05

    Digital twins

Real-time 3D twins fed by live sensor and robot data over ROS 2 and MQTT, with record, replay and simulation.

  6. C-06

    Field and site operations

Geofenced attendance, live site maps and task tracking built for a phone on site, not a desk in the office.

  7. C-07

    Networks, marketplaces and portfolios

Profiles, portfolios, jobs, messaging and a marketplace, served to the web and to native apps from one contract layer.

  8. C-08

    Multi-tenant foundations

Sign-in, organisations, teams, roles, billing and credits, built once and shared by every application on top.

  9. C-09

    Documentation for public works

Detailed project reports, EPC schedules, scopes of work and cost estimates, prepared from surveys and approvals.

Ayush Mishra

Founder · Computational architect

Ayush Mishra is a computational architect who designs and ships end-to-end, AI-native products and data-heavy systems, from ingestion and knowledge structure to APIs, interfaces and production operations, so that organisations can turn noisy information into reliable software. Trained in architecture, he works where building data, construction documents and software meet. His systems are specified, observable and ownable: they keep clear boundaries between model behaviour, data contracts and application code; they make deliberate trade-offs on latency, cost and correctness; and they leave foundations a team can grow into rather than one-off demos.

Before AECOSYSTEM, Ayush worked as a founding engineer, systems architect and computational architect on heritage documentation, infrastructure design and software for the industry.

What he works on

  • LLM and agentic workflows, with evaluation and production guardrails
  • RAG, document intelligence and knowledge layers
  • Data platforms, pipelines and developer-facing APIs
  • Full-stack delivery with Next.js, React, Node and the cloud
  • Spatial and computational tooling with Three.js, WebGL, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine and Cesium
Sheet A5 · Principles

What we believe.

Six principles, drawn from how we build our own products.
  1. 01

    Made for the work.

Every tool starts from the drawings, documents and sites it serves. We do not take generic software and dress it up for the industry.

  2. 02

One account, one project, many applications.

Our applications are separate products, and we are building them on one foundation so that a project, a team and a bill can follow you from one to the next.

  3. 03

    AI where it saves days.

We use AI where it removes real work, such as rendering, reading tenders, building BOQs and finding the right clause, and nowhere just for show.

  4. 04

    Compile, don’t generate.

AI should write precise, typed specifications that proven software then runs, so the results are consistent and checkable.

  5. 05

    Specified, observable and ownable.

We write down what a system must do before we build it. We make it possible to see what it is doing, and we leave you with software your team can own.

  6. 06

    We say what is live.

Every product on this site carries its real status: Live, Beta, In development or Planned. We never describe a planned feature as if it already exists.

Sheet A6 · Sequence

How we work.

Every engagement follows the same five stages, drawn like a construction sequence. We keep specifications and a decision record for every project, the same way we build our own products.
  1. Stage 01

    Discover.

We meet the people who will use the software and watch how the work is done today. We look at your drawings, documents, spreadsheets and existing tools before we suggest anything.

  2. Stage 02

    Specify.

We write a specification in plain language: what the system must do, for whom and how we will know it works. You review it, and nothing is built until we agree on it.

  3. Stage 03

    Build.

We build in short stages that you can see and use, beginning with the part that saves the most time. Each stage is tested against the specification.

  4. Stage 04

    Launch.

We roll the software out on the devices your teams already use, including phones on site. We train the first users and adjust what gets in their way.

  5. Stage 05

    Support.

We keep the system running, watch how it is used and improve it as your company changes. Every decision is recorded, so your own team can take over at any time.

Sheet A9 · Naming

AECOS, our short name.

AECOS is our short name, and the prefix on every application we build for our shared platform: AECOS Work, AECOS Crew, AECOS Pano and the rest. They are being built on AECOS Hub, which will give them one sign-in, one organisation and one bill. Archade and Qwikrender stand on their own, with their own names and their own websites.
