What we have built that is relevant.

We built a parser that turns the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates and Analysis of Rates, more than 5,000 pages of PDF, into searchable items, rates and units and generates BOQs from a list of requirements, alongside an AI estimating agent. That work is the foundation of AECOS Estimate, now in development.

Frequently asked questions.

Can it take quantities from PDF and CAD drawings?

Yes. We build takeoff from both, with every quantity traceable to the drawing it came from.

Can it use our own rate database or the schedule of rates?

Yes. Your own rates, a public schedule of rates or both, kept up to date.

How accurate is AI takeoff?

It depends on the drawings. We use AI where it is reliable, such as reading schedules and counting repeated elements, and flag everything else for an estimator to confirm.

Can it export to Excel and our ERP?

Yes. Excel output in your own format is standard, and the BOQ can feed your ERP or accounting system.
