AECOSYSTEM
Studio ยท Construction management software

Construction management software, built around how your company actually works.

We design and build construction management software for contractors, EPC firms and builders: one system for schedules, daily progress reports, labour, materials, RFIs and client updates that works in the office and on site.

AECOSYSTEM builds custom construction management software and construction apps for contractors, EPC firms and developers.

When off-the-shelf software stops fitting.

Generic construction project management software is built for an average company. Yours has its own approval chains, its own reports, its own way of measuring progress and its own mix of sites. When the software you bought needs spreadsheets and group chats around it, a system built for your company is often cheaper to live with than the workarounds.

What we build.

  • 01

    Scheduling and progress

Plans, milestones and look-aheads, with progress recorded against them from site.

  • 02

    Daily progress reports

Site diaries with photos, labour, weather and work done, compiled into the report your management reads.

  • 03

    Labour and attendance

Geofenced attendance, crews, contractors and timesheets.

  • 04

    Materials

Indents, purchase orders, deliveries and stock at each site.

  • 05

    RFIs, submittals and drawings

Questions, approvals and the current set of drawings, tracked to closure.

  • 06

    Client and management updates

Dashboards and progress reports that build themselves from site data.

  • 07

    Integrations

Accounting, ERP, Excel and WhatsApp, so the system fits the tools you already use.

Built for the site.

Site engineers work on phones, in the sun, with patchy signal. We build apps that store work on the device and synchronise later. They use large touch targets and plain language, and they can be delivered in Hindi and other regional languages.

What we have built that is relevant.

AECOS Crew, our geofenced attendance app, and tasqs, our task manager for teams that live on WhatsApp, are both in development, and the same foundations go into the systems we build for clients.

Who it is for.

How a project runs.

  1. Stage 01

    Discover.

We learn how your projects, sites and teams actually work before we suggest any software.

  2. Stage 02

    Specify.

We write down what the system must do, in plain language and in detail, so that everyone agrees on it before we build.

  3. Stage 03

    Build.

We build in short stages that you can see and use, starting with the part that saves the most time.

  4. Stage 04

    Launch.

We roll the software out to the people who will use it, on the devices they already carry.

  5. Stage 05

    Support.

We keep the system running, measure how it is used and improve it as your company changes.

The technology we use.

We choose widely used, well-documented tools that we already run in our own products, so the system is dependable today and maintainable for years.

Frequently asked questions.

Is custom software cheaper than Procore over five years?

It can be, especially for companies with many users or unusual workflows, because you are not paying per seat for features you do not use. We compare the options honestly during discovery, and sometimes the answer is to buy.

Will site staff actually use it?

They will if it saves them time. We design with the people on site, keep every task to a few taps and test the app on their phones before launch.

Can it work in Hindi and regional languages?

Yes. Interface text, notifications and reports can be delivered in the languages your teams use.

Can it work without internet on site?

Yes. The app keeps working offline and synchronises when a connection returns.
